Detection of new square license plates and regions is now available on systems with our Traffikor and ParkVision software
One of the important updates to Traffikor is the improved detection of license plates, including square plates installed on certain types of vehicles.
Updated machine vision algorithms in Traffikor allow for more accurate identification of characters on square license plates, even in conditions of rain, snow, and when the license plate is dirty. Now it's possible to reliably detect speeding by vehicles with square license plates of new regions and formats, which previously could cause difficulties due to the peculiarities of their placement and dimensions. The implementation of these technologies helps increase the efficiency of speed control on roads, ensuring equal conditions for violation detection for all categories of vehicles.
